Performance & Design
Built around a single-cylinder hydraulic system with cable-driven lifting, the 408HLX delivers smooth, even lifting across both runways. The extended height structure provides additional overhead clearance, making it ideal for stacking taller boats without compromising safety or stability.
Its adjustable platform width (approx. 46 1/2" – 66 3/8") and large drive-through clearance (around 111") allow it to accommodate a wide range of trailers and boat sizes.
Installation Requirements
- Indoor installation recommended (outdoor requires optional motor protective cover)
- Minimum concrete thickness: 4" (100 mm)
- Concrete strength: 3,000 PSI minimum
- Flat, level surface required (no cracks or uneven flooring)
- Dedicated electrical supply (1.0 HP / 110V)
- Installation by a qualified technician strongly recommended
