Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please note that not all items are eligible for return once they have shipped. Many of our products are sourced directly from manufacturers, and return eligibility may depend on each manufacturer's individual policies. If a manufacturer does not accept returns, we are unable to offer a return for that item.
Return eligibility may vary by product and brand. If you have questions about a specific item, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.
To qualify for a return, items must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging. Products that have been used, installed, or modified are not eligible for return.
Return Policy Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Products covered under manufacturer parts warranty
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified in any way
- Items without original packaging (including pallet, if applicable)
- Buyer's remorse
- Returns declined by the manufacturer
Original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, along with any applicable return shipping costs.
If you are replacing your product with another item, we may be able to assist with some of the associated costs depending on the product.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
To start a return, please send us an email at info@garageautosupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are built specifically for your order. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately to your specifications. Because of this, all sales for custom and made-to-order products are final.
Your purchase is still protected by the manufacturer's warranty, which guarantees a fully functional and operational product.

Shipping Times
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page based on information from our suppliers and freight carriers, and may change without notice.
Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including supply chain disruptions, manufacturer backlogs, and carrier delays. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your patience and understanding.

By placing an order with Garage Auto Supplies, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- You agree to inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours, including photos, to Garage Auto Supplies
- You understand that you are responsible for original outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any shipping costs associated with replacement items in the event of a return or exchange
- You understand that returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- You acknowledge that shipping and delivery estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors outside of Garage Auto Supplies' control
- You agree not to cancel an order or initiate a chargeback due to shipping delays or changes in estimated delivery times caused by factors outside of our control, including manufacturing or logistical delays
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Orders delivered outside of the United States are not eligible for refunds.
Garage Auto Supplies reserves the right to deny a refund or apply a restocking fee under the following conditions:
- The returned item does not match the original item shipped
- The item is missing parts or original packaging not previously disclosed
- The item was damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging
- The item has been used or is not in new, resalable condition
- The item is subject to a manufacturer-imposed restocking fee
- The return request is made after the 30-day return window
Damages
Please inspect all packages carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any visible damage, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at info@garageautosupplies.com with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- The shipping label clearly visible
- A brief description of the damage
We will review the information and process a damage claim on your behalf.
Important Notes
- Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be denied
- You will not be responsible for return or replacement shipping costs for approved damage claims
- Do not refuse delivery, even if the item appears damaged — this can delay the claims process and may result in additional re-delivery fees
- All returns require prior authorization; items returned without approval will not be accepted
Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order is missing any items or parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a missing item, please email info@garageautosupplies.com. Garage Auto Supplies is not responsible for any missing item claims reported after the 24-hour window.

Chargebacks
Our team is here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you have a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact us first — we're responsive and committed to finding the best possible resolution. We take pride in offering clear and fair policies, and we will always do our best to make things right.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may delay a resolution and can be considered a misuse of the chargeback process. If you have not received your order or have concerns about a product, please reach out to us so we can assist you directly.
