We offer free shipping on most orders across the United States — no hidden fees, no surprises. Our goal is to keep the process simple and straightforward, so you know exactly what you're paying from the start.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized. We process and submit orders to our suppliers within 24 hours to begin fulfillment as quickly as possible.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you promptly via email.

Shipping Times

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship within the lead time listed on the product page, located just below the "Add to Cart" button.

Shipping timelines are based on information provided by our suppliers and freight carriers, and may change without notice. Delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including supply chain disruptions, manufacturer backlogs, and carrier demand. While we understand delays can be frustrating, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Method

Most shipments under 150 lbs are sent via parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Orders over 150 lbs are shipped via freight carriers, including RL Carriers, Mainfreight, or ABF Freight.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Order Shipment

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order shipping. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, as items may ship separately.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping on Most Orders

Most orders qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Garage Auto Supplies reserves the right to select the carrier, delivery method, and service level for all free shipping orders. For freight shipments, free standard shipping includes curbside delivery with liftgate service.

Expedited Shipping Options

Most items may be eligible for expedited shipping at an additional cost to reduce transit time or guarantee delivery by a specific date. Expedited shipping does not include order processing time.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Advice for Receiving Your Order

Important: Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully before using any product. Check for both visible and concealed damage, and confirm that all items and parts are included and in proper condition. If you discover any issues, you must notify us immediately.

How to Handle Shipping Damage

While uncommon, shipping damage can occur. If you notice any damage at delivery, take photos and note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Some damage may not be immediately visible, so please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival.

Do not refuse delivery, even if damage is present. In most cases, accepting the shipment allows us to resolve the issue more quickly. Refusing delivery may delay the claims process and could result in additional re-delivery charges.

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email info@garageautosupplies.com with photos and a description of the issue. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.
