The Atlas 500 Spray Wash Cabinet is a heavy-duty commercial parts washer designed for automotive shops that need efficient, reliable cleaning for engines, components, and heavily soiled parts. With a 1,000 lb capacity turntable and 50-gallon tank, this unit delivers strong cleaning performance in a slightly more compact footprint than the larger models.
Equipped with 19 high-pressure spray nozzles and a powerful 43 GPM pump, the system effectively removes grease, oil, and contaminants using hot water and biodegradable detergents—eliminating the need for harsh chemicals. The built-in heating element raises temperatures up to 175°F for improved cleaning results.
The cabinet features a full-opening octagonal door for easy loading, along with cut-away sides that allow engine cranes to position heavy parts directly onto the turntable. A 60-minute timer enables unattended operation, while the oil skimmer helps extend the life of the cleaning solution.
