The MechMaxx 22HP wood chipper is powered by a gasoline engine with a rated output of up to 13.0 kW at 3600 RPM, delivering reliable performance for demanding applications. It features an electric start system for quick and convenient operation.
Built for heavy-duty use, this chipper is equipped with a powerful feed roller measuring 14 inches in diameter, capable of processing branches up to 8 inches thick with consistent efficiency.
The unit uses double-edge, reversible cutting blades, helping to extend blade life and maintain cutting performance over time.
For easy maintenance and servicing, both the feeding chute and discharge chute can be quickly and easily opened. The discharge chute is constructed using integrated forming technology, offering a clean, durable design with full 360-degree rotation for flexible discharge direction.
Operator safety is enhanced with multiple emergency stop features, including a safety button located above the feeding chute and an emergency stop bar positioned along the lower side of the feeding chute, allowing the engine to be shut down quickly when needed.
Designed for stability and mobility, the chipper is equipped with front 13x5.00-6 tires and rear 19x7.00-8 tubeless tires, along with a wide 48-inch wheelbase. This setup provides improved balance and allows the machine to operate on uneven or steep terrain with greater stability.
Engineered as a high-performance solution, this wood chipper is well-suited for professional use as well as rental and leasing applications.
