This precision metal lathe is powered by a 2 HP, 110V single-phase motor, delivering smooth and reliable performance for a wide range of turning operations. The variable spindle speed range of 0–2000 RPM allows precise adjustment for different materials and machining applications, making it ideal for both hobbyists and professional workshops.
Designed with a rigid one-piece spindle construction, this lathe provides improved stability, greater machining accuracy, and reduced vibration compared to traditional two-piece spindle designs. The large 1-1/2" (38mm) spindle bore and MT#5 spindle taper allow larger stock to pass through the spindle, increasing versatility for fabrication, repair work, and general machining tasks.
The machine supports both inch and metric threading capabilities, offering threading ranges from 8–56 TPI and 0.4–3.5mm metric pitches. A built-in thread dial indicator helps simplify threading setup and ensures accurate, repeatable thread cutting.
Built with a heavy-duty 7" wide bed and durable cast construction, the lathe delivers excellent rigidity and stability during operation for cleaner finishes and more precise cuts.
