The MechMaxx 35HP wood chipper is powered by a high-output gasoline engine, delivering up to 23.5 kW at 3600 RPM. It features an electric start system for quick and convenient operation in the field.
Designed for demanding workloads, this chipper is equipped with a heavy-duty 14-inch diameter feed roller, capable of processing branches up to 8 inches in size with strong, consistent performance.
The cutting system uses double-edge, reversible blades, helping to extend blade lifespan and maintain efficient cutting over time.
For ease of maintenance and servicing, both the feeding chute and discharge chute are designed to open quickly and without hassle. The discharge chute is manufactured using integrated forming technology, providing a clean, durable structure that also rotates 360 degrees for flexible material discharge.
Safety is a key feature of this unit, with multiple emergency stop options including a safety button located above the feeding chute and an emergency stop press bar positioned along the lower section of the chute. These allow the engine to be shut down quickly in emergency situations.
Built for stability and mobility, the chipper includes front 13x5.00-6 tires and rear 19x7.00-8 tubeless tires, along with a wide 48-inch wheelbase. This configuration enhances balance and allows for operation on uneven or sloped terrain with improved stability.
