Built with a high-performance Vanguard engine, this unit is engineered for durability and long service life. Advanced features like cyclonic air filtration and TransportGuard® enhance reliability and protect the engine during operation and transport.
A direct drive system efficiently transfers power from the engine to the pump, creating a compact and dependable setup. The commercial-grade AR triplex pump features a durable die-cast body, forged brass manifold, one-piece plungers, and a thermal relief valve for improved heat management and extended lifespan.
An external unloader improves cooling and adds flexibility, further protecting the pump. The heating system uses a 12V Beckett burner powered by diesel fuel and supported by an AGM deep-cycle battery. Temperature control is fully adjustable up to 200°F (93°C), delivering up to 300,000 BTU when heat is required.
This unit comes equipped with professional-grade accessories, including a 50-foot high-pressure hose, spray gun and wand assembly, and five quick-connect nozzles for versatile cleaning performance.
The rugged powder-coated steel frame is built for demanding environments and features four 13-inch flat-free tires for stability across rough terrain. A reinforced roll cage protects internal components while allowing easy access for operation and maintenance.
For added convenience, the frame includes an integrated lift point for crane loading, along with mounting brackets that allow quick installation onto trucks or trailers by removing the wheels.
