Eligibility for Price Matching

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be identical, including the same brand, model, specifications, and condition.

  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer located in the United States.

  • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.

  • The total price comparison will include shipping, handling, and delivery charges.

How to Request a Price Match

If you find a lower price, please contact us before purchasing or within 7 days of your order.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number (if you have already placed an order)

  • A link to the competitor’s product page

  • A screenshot or advertisement showing the lower price

  • The competitor’s store name

Our team will review the request and typically respond within 1–2 business days.

If the price match is approved, we will either:

  • Match the competitor’s price before purchase, or

  • Refund the difference to your original payment method if the order has already been placed.

Price Match Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for price matching:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales

  • Refurbished, used, or open-box products

  • Auction sites or marketplace sellers (such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace)

  • Prices requiring membership programs or special coupons

  • Limited-time flash sales, holiday promotions, or bundled deals

  • Pricing errors or misprints

Additional Terms

  • Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.

  • Garage Auto Supplies reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and product availability before approving a request.

  • We may decline price match requests at our discretion if the offer appears fraudulent or unverifiable.

  • All price match requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
