The Atlas TTC305A is a fully automatic, heavy-duty truck tire changer engineered for high-production environments that handle large commercial, agricultural, and industrial tires. Built to handle rims from 8" to 26" and tire diameters exceeding 55", the TTC305A is ideal for servicing semi-truck tires, 19.5" wheels, and even forklift tires. Its electric/hydraulic self-centering 4-jaw chuck provides strong and secure clamping, while automatic positioning of the bead tool, carriage, and chuck arm streamlines the entire tire changing process.
The machine includes interchangeable mount/demount and roller heads, allowing quick adaptation for different tire types. A mounted control unit with additional foot pedal controls ensures smooth, ergonomic operation, while an emergency stop switch provides immediate shutdown when needed.
