The MechMaxx SFM27T is a 27-inch self-propelled walk-behind flail mower with crawler tracks, built for demanding vegetation control on steep slopes, soft ground, and challenging terrain where wheeled mowers struggle for traction. Powered by a 10 HP 302cc Loncin G300FD gasoline engine with electric start, it cuts through tall grass, dense weeds, scrub brush, and small saplings at up to 0.76 acres per hour.
The rubber crawler track system provides stable, continuous ground contact across uneven surfaces, muddy conditions, and grades up to 30°. A 3-forward / 1-reverse transaxle transmission gives operators full ground speed control, and an operator footboard (rated to 220 lbs) lets the operator ride on slopes.
