Its adjustable tilt-back design allows for smooth tire handling while helping reduce strain and minimize the risk of damage to both the machine and wheel rims.
Equipped with a multi-function assist arm, this unit is designed to handle challenging tire types such as run-flat and low-profile tires. It includes a drop-center cone to help keep the bead positioned correctly during clamping, improving protection for the tire. The bead roller assists in holding the tire bead down for easier lubrication of both the tire and wheel, while the assist disc helps keep the tire elevated, reducing effort during second bead removal.
Built for durability, the machine features a solid frame, rigid vertical shaft, and a hardened steel horizontal outrigger support arm. This construction helps eliminate flex during operation, reducing the risk of damage when servicing wheels.
For more demanding applications, the integrated bead blaster inflation system delivers a strong burst of air to help seat stubborn tire beads quickly and effectively without compromising tire structure.
Large storage trays are included to provide convenient space for wheel weights, tools, and accessories, keeping everything within reach during operation.
