Clearfloor Configuration for Maximum Workspace

This lift uses an overhead crossbeam instead of a floorplate, allowing for a clean working area between the posts. The asymmetric arm layout improves vehicle positioning while giving better door clearance for easier entry and exit.

Direct Drive Hydraulic Cylinder System

Unlike traditional chain-driven systems, this model uses a direct drive hydraulic cylinder setup. Each cylinder is inverted and mounted through the carriage, delivering strong and consistent lifting force with fewer moving components.

Overhead Safety Shut-Off Protection

An integrated shut-off bar with a limit switch is mounted on the overhead beam to prevent vehicles from contacting the top of the lift. This added safety feature automatically stops upward movement when triggered.

Built-In Safety Locking System

The lift features a ladder-style mechanical locking system that automatically engages as the lift rises. A single-point lock release allows for controlled lowering while keeping both sides synchronized.
