Portable Offset Jib Crane — A Full 1,000 lb of 360 Degree Reach With Clear Floor Under the Beam
The Vestil JIB-CBX-100-8-10 is a portable offset-base jib crane rated for 1,000 pounds on an 8-foot (96″) I-beam boom that pivots a full 360 degrees, on a steel base you ballast with concrete on site.
Built for workstations, machine cells, assembly lines, and maintenance areas that need a portable crane with maximum open floor beneath the beam. The offset base pushes the counterweight out of the way so operators can work directly under the load.
Key Features
- 1,000 lb uniform load capacity, 360° rotation — the top rating in the offset JIB-CBX line, swinging heavy motors and dies through a complete circle.
- Offset base for a larger usable work area under the beam — the counterweight sits off to the side, opening the floor directly beneath the I-beam for staging and handling.
- 8 ft (96″) fixed I-beam boom — extends the pick point out to reach across a full workstation from one pivot.
- Empty steel base, fills with concrete on site — ships lighter and ballasts to freestand once filled; built-in fork tubes allow forklift relocation.
