The Vestil D-400-HD-ORG-C self-dumping hopper holds 4 cu yd of material and up to 6,000 pounds, then dumps automatically when its bumper release contacts the dumpster edge.

Built for machine shops, foundries, warehouses, and recycling operations that collect metal chips, scrap, trimmings, and bulk waste and need hands-free, forklift-handled dumping.

  • 4 cu yd holding volume — collects a full shift of chips or waste before a trip to the dumpster.
  • Automatic bumper release with seat-operated cable — the hopper tips when it meets the dumpster, or dump on demand by pulling the cable — all from the truck seat.
  • Orange powder coat finish — a durable specialty-color surface that stands up to shop abuse and keeps units identifiable.

Before You Add It to the Cart

✔︎  Standard fork pockets measure 7-1/2″W × 2-1/2″H — confirm your forks slide in.
✔︎  Use only with a high-lift fork truck with a vertical mast and carriage; it is not rated for rough-terrain lifts or telehandlers.
✔︎  The hopper self-returns to an upright, locked position after it dumps and includes a safety restraint to secure it to the truck.
✔︎  Supports OSHA General Industry compliance (29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii)) by keeping the operator at the controls during dumping.
