Self Closing Versus Manual Close Doors

Choosing Your Gallon Capacity

Capacity here runs 45, 55, 60, 90, and 120 gallons. Add up what you actually keep on site, including partly used containers, then allow room to grow, since exceeding a cabinet rating defeats the purpose. Smaller 45 and 55 gallon cabinets suit a single shop bay or a lab. The 60 and 90 gallon sizes fit most automotive, fleet, and manufacturing operations. Construction and Access Control

Doors use a recessed, padlockable handle with a keyed lock, which restricts access to the people who should have it. Safety yellow is the recognized color for flammable liquid storage and is what most facilities standardize on. Safety blue is also available and is typically used to visually separate a different class of material.
