Built for high-demand industrial and mobile cleaning, this hot water pressure washer skid delivers 3,500 PSI at 8.0 GPM, combining strong pressure with high flow for faster, more efficient cleaning. Powered by a diesel Kohler KDW1003 engine with electric start, it provides dependable performance, excellent fuel efficiency, and long runtime for continuous-duty applications.

A belt-driven General TSF2021 triplex pump is designed for durability and reduced wear, lowering vibration, heat, and pump speed to extend service life. Built with a reinforced body, forged brass manifold, ceramic plungers, and stainless steel check valves, it delivers consistent pressure output in demanding environments.

The integrated hot water system features an SDC 12VDC Beckett burner with up to 420,000 BTU output, heating water up to 200°F (93°C) for effective removal of grease, oil, and heavy buildup. An adjustable thermostat allows precise temperature control, improving cleaning efficiency while reducing the need for chemicals. The burner requires a Group 24, 1000 MCA deep cycle battery (not included).

Mounted on a heavy-duty powder-coated steel skid frame, this unit is designed for permanent truck or trailer installation and mobile cleaning systems. Its external high-flow unloader can be plumbed to bypass back into a water tank, making it ideal for fleet washing, industrial cleaning, and field operations.

Additional safety and monitoring features include a pressure relief valve, flow and pressure switch, inline fuel filter, and diagnostic indicator lights to help protect components and ensure consistent operation.
