Service Carts
A service cart carries a load and then raises it to the height you actually work at. You roll it to the job, lift the deck with a foot pump or a push button, and the part sits at bench height instead of on the floor. That takes the bending and the two-person lift out of moving a transmission, a die, a motor, or a pallet of parts across a bay, and it frees up the shop crane for work that genuinely needs it.
Our Vestil service carts run from 300 lb up to 4,000 lb capacity, with decks from 17 inches by 27 inches up to a 24 inch by 60 inch long deck. Lift is manual foot pump, DC powered push button, or a traction drive model that powers its own travel as well as its lift. Stainless steel and stainless platform versions handle washdown areas, low profile models start closer to the floor, and one model has a scale built into the deck. Choose on capacity first, then deck size, then how many times a shift somebody will be raising it.
