Your order is processed and submitted to our supplier within 24 hours. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Original outbound shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. International return shipments may be subject to customs processing fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
