The MechMaxx 6-inch wood chipper is powered by a 15HP gasoline engine and features an electric start system for quick and reliable operation. It comes equipped with two 12-inch blades, along with DOT road-legal tires, a 48-inch wheelbase, and a 56-inch discharge chute, making it suitable for both efficient operation and transport between job sites.
Designed for demanding workloads, this chipper includes a heavy-duty 14-inch diameter feed roller capable of processing branches up to 6 inches thick with strong and consistent performance.
The cutting system uses double-edge, reversible blades, helping extend blade life while maintaining effective chipping capability over time.
For ease of maintenance and servicing, both the feeding chute and discharge chute can be opened quickly and without hassle. The discharge chute is constructed using integrated forming technology, offering a durable and streamlined design with full 360-degree rotation for flexible material discharge.
Safety is enhanced with a safety button positioned above the feeding chute and an emergency stop press bar located along the lower section of the chute, allowing the engine to be shut down quickly in emergency situations.
